Description

Are you a collaborative and adaptable professional looking for a new opportunity within transactional finance? My client is looking for a forward thinking Finance Assistant to join their successful team based in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Process and allocate incoming cheques and cash, keeping accurate logs and posting to the correct ledgers
Complete account reconciliation and resolving outstanding entries
Prepare and process payments ensuring full compliance with company procedures
Support with chasing due payments from clients professionally and effectively via email and telephone
Move monies and disbursements between ledgers where required
Investigating and resolving financial queries via email and telephone

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience using accountancy software
Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident communicator who is able to support colleagues
Customer service centered
