The Opportunity
Looking for your next challenge?
Passionate about sustainability and working in the circular economy?
Keen to join a highly motivated and driven team?
We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to support our R&D and Operations functions at Recircle’s new Research and Technology centre in Daresbury. You'll be joining us at an exciting time as we are embarking on a major growth project which will take our patented technology to commercial scale and secure relationships with some of the world's leading tyre companies, footwear brands and other rubber goods manufacturers.
As Finance Assistant, you will work closely with our Operations and R&D teams in Daresbury and report to our Finance Manager, who is based at our head office in London. We are a small, close-knit team and are looking for someone who is a hands-on initiative taker. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, organised self-starter who welcomes the challenges of working in a start-up environment, building relationships across the organisation, and making things happen. A typical day will include checking in with the team in relation to procurement requests, expense processing, a coffee break at our Nespresso station, account reconciliations, catch-up and mentorship with the Finance Manager, amongst other monthly tasks.
So, if you have a “can-do” attitude, would like to develop a broad skillset, enjoy working across teams and are able to juggle a variety of tasks to tight deadlines, we’d love to hear from you.

About Recircle
Recircle is a UK-based company focused on sustainable solutions for the rubber materials sector. We have developed several technologies to provide sustainable solutions across the rubber waste spectrum. Our materials deliver over 90% Carbon emissions saving compared to virgin rubber and require less than 1% of the water needed to make new rubber. We are working with major industrial and household names to bring our solutions to them and developing our own products to sell to the wider market which could cut global rubber waste in half. And we're just about ready to be a zero-waste company in the process. So really what we are is a very green bio-industrial company and that ethos runs right through the organisation. We're collaborative, supportive, energetic, professional and commercially driven, and we care for our environment.
