Your mission:


We are looking for a motivated person to join us in our London office as a Finance Associate, reporting directly to the CFO, with the following responsibilities:


  • Work with the Finance team on financial/management reporting, cashflow analysis and ad hoc finance exercises/projects;
  • Invoicing;
  • Help with bookkeeping and analysing them and reporting internal discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Bank reconciliations of multiple local/foreign bank accounts;
  • Perform AR/AP analysis, dealing with the different teams to resolve any issue;
  • Assist in month end closing reports;
  • Prepare VAT returns for review;
  • Prepare withholding tax calculations and submission for CFO review;
  • Assist in completing Year End Audit and Statutory Accounts/Tax filing for UK/EU entities;
  • Assist in completing reports and any other ad hoc analysis to management.


About you:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field with excellent track record;
  • Ideally 3-4 years of experience;
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately during month ends and deadlines;
  • Detailed oriented who will be able to progress and move into a senior accounting role;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Any other language is a plus;
  • Proficient in MS Office, productivity IT tools and accounting system like Xero;
  • Ambitious and able to critically analyse a large quantity of information;
  • Problem solver and with a can-do attitude, excellent organisational skills and a team player;
  • Eligible to work in the UK and able to work from our London office.
