A well-respected Insurance organisation is looking to appoint a permanent Finance Business Analyst to join their growing Change team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Insurance experience is essential
· Finance Change delivery experience is essential
· Have strong exposure to with finance systems (i.e. ERP tools, workflow, payment, treasury, consolidation & reporting systems)
· Have strong communications skills
· Have strong stakeholder management skills and have the ability to engage and build relationships
· Have an analytical, investigative approach with ability to work systematically and unsupervised, to tight deadlines and with multiple competing priorities.
· Be a pragmatic problem-solver with commercial awareness and a flexible, collaborative approach.
