Description

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead treasury and financial planning activities, supporting the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability and strategic objectives.

You’ll be responsible for managing funding arrangements, cashflow forecasting, and long-term financial planning, while acting as a key finance contact for senior stakeholders, lenders and regulators. The role will provide insight and challenge across treasury, liquidity and financial risk, alongside delivering accurate, timely reporting and ensuring compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business, supporting strategic projects, improving processes and systems, and providing high-quality financial advice to non-finance stakeholders.

About you:

CCAB qualified (or equivalent)
Strong treasury and cashflow forecasting experience
Background in long-term financial planning and financial modelling
Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior leaders and external parties
Strong Excel and financial systems skills
Experience in a regulated environment (social housing desirable)
