Finance Business Partner (Sales and Supply chain) | PE backed | £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus & benefits

As the Finance Business Partner of Sales and Supply Chain, you will act as a bridge between financial data and executive action. You will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and Executive Team to design, model, and implement the overarching business strategy. This is a rare chance to have a seat at the table during a critical phase of a company’s evolution.

For this role you will be driving key business decisions to support the companies overall long term 5 year startegy plans. You will need to have previous experience working with Sales and Supply chain to support on decision making and driving the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

To ensure a detailed budget and forecast is produced using a transparent, well-understood methodology to enhance forecast accuracy.
Produce detailed and insightful analysis to assess new strategic priorities in partnership with business partners.
Ensure all financial data is up to data at all times and accurate.
Partner with Sales to provide financial insight on the sales pipeline to drive margin and sales.

Own the bid model to assess new opportunities and understand commercial implications.

Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives and clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders and the senior management team.

Identify and undertake analysis as requested by the CFO on potential acquisition synergies to be included in the M&A investment case.

What We Are Looking For

You must be comfortable challenging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
Prior experience working with sales and supply chain is a must.
Either ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified is required.
Exceptional financial modelling skills are a prerequisite.
You enjoy "getting under the hood" of a business to understand what drives value.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or PE-backed environment is highly desirable.
A track record of identifying areas for improvement and taking the lead on change.
High-energy, collaborative, and growth-oriented.
Modern hybrid model (3 days per week in their Central London office).
A role with high visibility where your work directly contributes to the company's valuation and success.
