What We're Looking For:

Newly qualified candidates with:

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualification (recently completed or nearing completion)
• Previous experience in management accounting or financial accounting

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner with operational teams to drive business performance
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiency's
• Present financial information to senior management in a clear, actionable format
