The business has a state of the art head office based in Central London. Hybrid working (4 days from office, 1 from home).

About The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR leadership team and senior Finance stakeholders to deliver high-quality analysis, planning, and reporting of employee-related costs and initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring that investment in people is aligned with strategic priorities, while maintaining financial discipline and supporting operational decision-making. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Build strong relationships across Finance and HR teams to develop and manage budgets covering headcount, pay, benefits, training, and related areas.
• Provide robust financial insight and forecasting to support workforce plans and talent strategies.
• Monitor trends and analyse data to highlight risks, opportunities, and areas for improved efficiency.
• Assess the financial implications of new people initiatives and support the design of incentive and reward schemes.
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting for senior leadership, including variance analysis and recommendations.
• Support enhancements to systems and processes to improve data quality and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that improve financial and people outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with exposure to HR, payroll, or workforce-related analysis.
• Strong technical skills in budgeting, planning, and financial modelling, with excellent Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP and HR systems.
• Confident communicator who can influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
• A strategic, commercial mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant degree (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics) and ideally a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
