Finance Business Partner

£70k - £75k plus bonus and benefits

Location - Central London

2-3 days a week in the office

• Be the ‘go to person’ for finance business partnering activity across area of responsibility providing financial insights identifying risks and opportunities and driving cost efficiency initiatives.
• Manage month end for business portfolio creating packs and reviewing with Business Leads. Feeding data to Exec packs and papers.
• Work with business areas to prepare timely and accurate budgets and forecasts for review,

proposing realistic financial targets and priorities as well as input into the Annual Business Plan & transformation.

• Acting as a liaison, interpreting financial data performance metrics and

trends, translating them into actionable recommendations to maximise the effectiveness.

• Prepare financial insight, advice and guidance to budget holders on mitigating financial risks.
• Preparation of business cases and associated governance for the strategic evaluation of proposed business initiatives.
• Preparation of management information that is timely, accurate and appropriate ensuring any variance from target can be explained, and that any new issues and opportunities are appropriately raised and considered.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation across the function, reducing inefficiency and cost and ensuring the service offering is fit for purpose.
• Support engagement and uplift the financial capability of key stakeholders, educating on P&L

management, including the monitoring and control of expenses, driving increased accountability to maximise profitability.

• Mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and contractual requirements.
