Senior Finance Business Partner - Corporate Operations - London / Hybrid

I’m supporting a search for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a high‑performing FP&A function within a large, complex, global organisation.

This is a high‑profile role within group finance, partnering senior stakeholders across various corporate functions including Property, Procurement, and wider corporate functions. The business is in a period of strong growth and transformation, with significant investment in systems, cost optimisation and decision‑making capability.

Broad FP&A exposure: driver‑based analysis, financial modelling, KPIs and performance reporting
Opportunity to bring structure, rigour and clarity in a fast‑moving environment
Strong visibility to senior leadership

This would suit a qualified Finance Business Partner (3+ years PQE) who is confident operating autonomously, comfortable challenging at senior level, and motivated by roles with genuine ownership and influence, rather than pure reporting. Experience working in a global matrix organisation is critical, open on sector. Partnering with Property/Procurement functions will also be helpful.

This is a permanent appointment based in the London office (2-3 days/week in office). £80,000-£85,000 + Bonus + benefits
