Finance Business Partner

I am pleased to be partnered with a growing insurance company who are looking for a qualified Accountant to come in and Business Partner with their executive board.

This will be a very broad role supporting on strategic projects across the business

Responsibilities:

• Providing commercial management information and financial analysis
• Providing strategic analysis on the commercial business - partnering with underwriters to drive productivity
• Analysis of new business opportunities - valuation modelling, P&L analysis, cashflow and cost synergy analysis
• Financial Modelling
• Project investment analysis
• Ad hoc work that will change as the business demands change - an opportunity to partner with an entrepreneurial CEO.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA
• Ability to build relationships quickly
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proven experience of being able to produce and present complex financial information concisely.
• Excellent financial analysis skills.
• A strong team player, self-motivated, proactive and able to use own initiative to formulate own ideas and opinions.
• Understanding of an insurance business is beneficial
• Experience in a fast-paced and agile environment with the ability to look for efficiencies and implement new processes as the business evolves.

Key info:

• Salary £65,000-£75,000 + bonus + benefits

• This is based in London (City) and is office based
