JSS Search are partnering with a successful company based in Hertfordshire recruiting an excellent Finance Business Partner role. This dynamic business partnering role, ideal for a proactive professional skilled at working with non-finance stakeholders and with 1 to 3 years post qualification experience.
Finance Business Partner
Responsibilities will include:
- Review and check month end numbers, review and analyse P&L's
- Hold monthly reviews with your stakeholders reviewing variances, risks and opportunities
- Reviewing and management of the balance sheet
- Producing monthly management reporting, variance analysis and insightful commentary
- Evaluate how we financially manage budgets and cost centres across the business
- Communicate financial insights and aid commercial decision making
- Deliver ad hoc financial modelling and analysis to support innovation and business decision making
- Supports on Ad-hoc projects
Profile:
This role requires:
- Qualified Finance Business Partner (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- 1-3 years post qualified experience in a business partner role
- Strong data interpretation and analysis skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to communicate complex financial data and analysis in a clear, concise way
On Offer:
Circa £65,000 -£68,000 and hybrid working based in Hertfordshire 2 or 3 days per week.
