This role is part of the Business Performance team, within the Finance & Performance Division. The Business Performance Team consists of 2 Business Performance partners covering RBLI Living and Value for money and RBLI Social Enterprises and Fundraising respectively. The team report into the Director of Finance and Performance.
The role will provide support to the Director of Finance and Performance and support and challenge to the Living management team in monthly financial reporting, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and driving improvements in performance. The role will have exposure to the whole organization and will be establishing an efficient procurement process reviewing RBLI cost base and ensuring the charity gets the best value for money.
You will take responsibility for the financial management of RBLI’s Living and Employment solutions division and support the Head of Finance and Director of Finance and Performance in establishing an efficient procurement process ensuring the charity receives the best value for money.
