Commercial & Operations Finance Business Partner to help drive our next phase of global growth.
As a key strategic finance partner to senior leaders across our business, you'll play a critical role in shaping commercial performance and guiding data-driven decision making. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to provide financial insight, decision making support and strategic challenge
- Own the weekly revenue reporting process
- Owning the weekly and monthly commercial reporting and KPI analysis
- Lead the improvement of financial reporting for gross margin and system improvements for this (standard cost setting)
- Identifying opportunities to drive growth through commercial performance, improved efficiency and cost optimisation
- Support the annual strategic plan, budget and quarterly forecasts
- Supporting investment decisions through business case development and tracking return on investment
- Support the development of financial systems (e.g. data warehouse and Power BI reporting)
- Lead and support ad hoc projects
Your Skills & Attributes:
- Chartered Accountant
- Previous experience in a similar business partnering role
- Advanced MS Excel techniques and Power BI
- Strong experience in data analysis and passionate about business growth
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders to influence and challenge decision-making
- Experience using ERP and CRM system
