Finance Business Partner

£65,000 - £75,000

Buckinghamshire

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll be the key link between financial performance and operational delivery. You’ll work side by side with the divisional leadership team, transforming complex data into meaningful insights, influencing strategic decisions, and helping shape the future of a rapidly scaling business.

What you’ll be doing:

Acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, influencing both operational and strategic decisions.
Producing monthly analysis, commentary, and forecasts, giving clarity and actionable insights.
Leading the budgeting and reforecasting process for the division.
Building financial models for bids and investment cases, including profitability and cash flow analysis.
Driving operational efficiencies by understanding cost drivers and influencing business behaviours.
Providing robust challenge on financial judgements (IFRS 15 knowledge a bonus).
Leading and developing a direct report, fostering growth through coaching and mentoring.
Identifying and tracking KPIs and commercial trends, turning them into clear recommendations for action.

What we’re looking for:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Proven business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Tech-savvy: Excel (intermediate–advanced)
