Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial and operational excellence across the business
- Promote best practices in financial management and governance
- Lead cost-saving, lean, and continuous improvement programmes
- Deliver departmental KPIs and personal development goals
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights
- Analyse and challenge weekly P&L performance; lead P&L reviews
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling (P&L, cashflow, balance sheet)
- Own and manage divisional profit improvement plans
- Evaluate investment opportunities and costings for new/existing products
- Ensure strong financial governance and audit readiness
- Lead and support financial compliance with internal controls
- Continuous improvement of reporting and financial systems
- Lead by example in professional behaviours and values
- Collaborate across departments to develop innovative solutions
- Mentor junior finance colleagues and support team-wide progression
What We are Looking For:
- Experienced Finance Business Partner
- Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Solid experience with management accounts and balance sheet reviews
- High-level Excel and systems literacy
- Excellent numeracy and written communication
- Ideally experience in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry
- Background in cash forecasting and financial risk management
