This role attracts a Recruitment Premium of £2,490 (gross) per annum. As Recruitment Premium payments are not part of an employee's basic (or normal) pay they are independent from the Annual Salary Review and will not be taken into account, reviewed or uplifted during that process. Should labour market conditions change and market rates fall, or where an employee is promoted to a higher graded role or moves to a different role that does not warrant a Recruitment Premium then payment of the Recruitment Premium will be reviewed and it may be reduced or withdrawn. In the event that a Recruitment Premium is reduced or withdraw, the employee will be given six months' notice in writing before the change takes effect.
