Description

Mondrian Alpha are working with a tech-focused investment firm looking to hire a Senior Finance Business Partner into their high-calibre finance team. The firm are going through a period of growth and transformation and this is a rare opportunity to step into an extremely dynamic buy-side role.

As a Finance Business Partner you will support senior professionals in the finance team and wider business executives. This role reports into a Senior FP&A lead, and you will take ownership, operating with a degree of autonomy, providing insight and analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.

This is a broad role, and key responsibilities include partnering with non-finance stakeholders to co-own growth initiatives, deliver financial planning and reporting, and develop and understanding of the key performance drivers. This role will also manage monthly reporting cycles, support long-term planning, and ensure teams are aligned with wider business objectives.

The ideal candidate is currently a senior finance business partner (10 years' experience) working in a forward business, with clear tangible examples of where they have driven commercial outcomes, influenced decision-making, and delivered value through insight, and effective research allocation. Exceptional communication, strong academics, and fluency in a

range of financial planning, data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
