Finance Director

I'm currently working with a personal lines insurance broker who are looking for a Finance Director on a permanent basis.

They are looking for an experienced Finance Director with strong experience in an SME Insurance broker as they work towards a sale process. You will be a hands on finance leader who is able to work with the business drive organic growth and driving cost control.

• Leading the finance function on the day to day accounting and financial reporting
• Working with the MD to drive revenue growth
• Working with PE investors providing strategic insight and analysis
• Supporting the wider operational running of the business

We are looking for an industry expert who can plug and play so insurance broking experience is essential - ideally personal lines.

Salary £120,000-£140,000 + bonus + benefits
