Finance Executive

The Role

As Finance Executive you will provide day to day support to the central finance team within Dominus Hospitality.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting

• Support Group Finance manager in the monthly accounts preparation
• Review of monthly financial reporting from the Hotel assets.
• Support bookkeeping within non-operating Holding companies.
• Review balance sheet in support of Group Finance manager.

Treasury management

• Coordinate weekly cashflow forecasting and consolidate to Head of Finance
• Admin support across payment process for Hotels.
• Review Hotel payment runs for group

Accounts Payable

• Coordinate monthly payment runs for hotels and ensure supplier checks are completed.
• Ownership of supplier onboarding process, ensuring key controls are maintained.
• Support Head of finance in procurement across hotels.

Audit

• Support Group Finance manager in internal audit review across hotels

Ready to join us on this incredible journey? 

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Part qualified or interested in undergoing professional development within finance discipline.
• Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry and experience within the industry would be advantageous. Pre-opening hotel and/or multi-site experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Self-motivated, organised and fast learner
• Ability to meet strict accounting deadlines
