Finance Manager | London based | PE backed business | Salary £80,000 + bonus

I am currently partnering with a PE backed business who are looking for a Finance Manager to come and join the team. This role has come up as the business is going through a large transaction, you will be working closely with the senior manager and Group Financial Controller.

For this role your responsibilities will include the following;

Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate Management Accounts are delivered.
Prepare the monthly Board Pack, providing insightful commentary on variances, KPIs, and EBITDA performance.
Ensure the business remains "exit-ready" with robust audit trails and impeccable financial controls.
Support the Group FC in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
Develop and maintain the 13-week cash flow forecast.
Partner with non-finance stakeholders to track ROI and departmental spend.
Identify and implement process improvements to automate manual tasks as we grow.
Support the integration of any future bolt-on acquisitions.

Act as the primary point of contact for the annual audit and tax compliance.

What you will bring;

ACA (likely from a Top 10 practice) or CIMA/ACCA from a recognized rotational graduate scheme.
Strong degree and a track record of first-time passes in professional exams.
You are comfortable with ambiguity, high growth, and the reporting rigour required by Private Equity investors.
You understand IFRS/UK GAAP but are equally interested in the commercial "why" behind the numbers.
You are a "power user" (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and basic financial modelling).

For this role you will have 3 years PQE experience and have come from either a practice background achieving your ACA/ACCA/CIMA or have come through a grad scheme with a large and listed business.

You will need to go into the office 4 days per week which is in London and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders across the business to achieve the same results.

Salary for the role is up to £80,000 on the base + bonus and benefits. This is a growing team and one where you can make a real impact.
