Finance Manager | Real Estate | £70k-£80k + Bonus & Benefits

Goodman Masson are partnered with various impressive Real Estate businesses that are looking for Finance Managers to join their teams.

Responsibilities include:

Managing monthly reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Implementing and monitoring internal controls to maintain robust financial control environment.
Supporting the coordination and preparation for annual audits.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate efficient financial operations.
Line managing direct reports.

The ideal candidate:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with at least two years' PQE out of practice
Extensive management and financial reporting experience in a large business
Experience within the Real Estate industry beneficial
Good communication skills
