Finance Manager

Finance Manager | London based | Large PE backed Technology Company | Salary £80,000 + bonus and benefits

I am currently partnering with a large PE backed technology business who are looking for a Finance Manager to come and join the team. This role has come up due to the company growing through acquisitions and will require someone to stop into this role and hit the ground running. This is a very exciting role for someone who wants to broaden their experience and skillset in a large growing company.

This is a permanent position reporting into the Finance Director where you will have exposure across the business working with various teams.

Key responsibilities include;

• Responsible for month-end reporting across the group.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Collaborate with auditors, providing necessary documentation.
• Assist with Statutory accounts across the group.
• Own the balance sheet reconciliations for all entities and identify any issues.
• Work with the business to provide financial analysis and support the long terms startegy plan.

To be considered;

• You must be ACA, ACCA or equivalent to be consider.
• Have strong technical accounting knowledge to support the wider group on queries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference.

For this role I am ideally looking for someone who can start quickly and you will need to be ACA/ACCA or equivalent to be considered. My client goes into the office 3 days per week and they are based in Central London.

Salary for the role is up to £80,000 on the base + bonus and benefits.
