Finance Manager | Real Estate | 12-18 month contract - ASAP start | London - Hybrid working

We are supporting a leading real estate firm with an interim Finance Manager position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a team of 3 with management reporting and statutory accounts. Providing excellent leadership to ensure strong controls and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team responsible for financial and management reporting, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations.
Lead on the production of statutory accounts for various entities, liasing with auditors at year end.
Identify and improve reporting processes within the team
Partner key stakeholders within different business units ensuring strong relationships within finance and non finance are maintained

Key Skills

Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
Strong experience across reconciliations and financial reporting
Prior management experience
Property experience is desirable.
