Finance Manager

Finance Manager - German speaking | London (in office 3 days a week) | £65 000 - £80 000

Our client is hiring a Finance Manager to join their growing European team. This is a high-impact role for a fully qualified accountant who is also fluent in German and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple European regions.

You will have direct responsibility for a small transactional team (AP and AR) and will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and effective communication with our German-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and compile monthly management accounts for multiple European entities
• Act as the primary finance contact for German stakeholders, providing clear financial insight and support
• Line manage and develop Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
• Review and sign off weekly payment runs
• Prepare and maintain short- and medium-term cashflow forecasts
• Ensure strong financial controls, processes, and compliance across regions
• Work closely with senior management to support commercial decision-making

About You

• Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience producing management accounts
• Confident people manager with experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
