Finance Manager

Finance Manager | London based | PE backed | Salary £80,000 + bonus

I am currently partnering with a PE backed business who are looking for a Finance Manager to come and join the team. This role has come up due to the continued growth within the business, they are receiving large investments for thier PE backer and therefore there will be a lot of opportunity further down the line.

This is a role where you will be looking to step up and contribute to a growing and high performing team.

Key responsibilities include;

• Assisting the Regional Financial Controller with the full end-to-end finance cycle.
• Owning the forecasting and budgeting process for multiple regional sites, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and tax filings.
• Proactively managing and optimising cash flow, with a focus on maximising cash collection efficiency.
• Serving as the lead financial partner to non-finance stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and influencing decision-making across sites to deliver commercial insight and support business growth initiatives.

To be considered;

• You must be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Ideally, you will bring prior experience from the Infrastructure sector or a related project/asset-heavy industry.
• Proven experience working with and influencing non-finance stakeholders is critical. You must be comfortable presenting financial data and providing necessary pushback to drive commercial results.
• You will need excellent communication and presentation skills.

For this role you will have 3 years PQE experience and have come from either a practice background achieving your ACA/ACCA/CIMA or have come through a grad scheme with a large and listed business.

You will need to go into the office 4 days per week which is in London and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders across the business to achieve the same results.

Salary for the role is up to £80,000 on the base + bonus and benefits. This is a growing team and one where you can make a real impact.
