Finance Manager | High-Growth SaaS

📍 London | Hybrid | £60,000 - £70,000 + Equity

I’m currently partnering with an exciting, high-growth SaaS business. Led by an impressive leadership team, they’re now looking for a Finance Manager to own core finance operations and help build a best-in-class function as the company continues to scale.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic and values-led business, take ownership of finance ops, and work closely with senior leadership across the business.

What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day finance operations: AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations
• Own month-end close and management accounts
• Oversee statutory reporting, audit, VAT, and tax compliance
• Improve financial processes, controls, and systems
• Partner across teams on payroll, commercial ops, and budgeting

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years’ experience in finance ops, ideally in SaaS or tech
• Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance
• Hands-on, process-driven, and tech-savvy
• Comfortable balancing detail with big-picture thinking
