Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Peterborough for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will manage accounting processes, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic insights to improve financial performance. Additional responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial data, and supporting key business decisions by delivering comprehensive financial analysis and reports.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial compliance, and cash flow management

Ability to analyze financial data and deliver strategic insights to guide decision-making

Excellent skills in financial software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools

Strong communication and collaboration skills for liaising with internal teams and stakeholders

Proven leadership abilities to manage teams and oversee financial operations

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; a professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage

Previous experience in a finance management role in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
