We’re seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our UK team in London.
You’ll work closely with Brand Leads and Managing Directors, using your financial expertise and collaborative mindset to support and evolve financial systems across our UK operations. What you'll do
- Partner with senior leadership on P&L management, billing, and profitability insights
- Lead monthly management accounts, journal entries, and analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in line with US GAAP
- Oversee the annual statutory audit and assist with corporation tax computations
- Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Support the implementation of NetSuite, while maintaining legacy systems like Paprika
- Drive policy development, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and payroll journal postings
- Manage fixed assets and capital expenditure reporting
- Approve weekly pay runs and provide ad hoc analysis to senior management
- Lead and develop a team of 5 across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
What You’ll Bring
- ACA-qualified accountant (or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience across multiple entities
- Solid knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and US GAAP (IFRS a plus)
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex financial info to non-finance stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, with bonus points for NetSuite or Paprika experience
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience in an agency environment preferred
- A collaborative team spirit and willingness to get involved in company culture
