Description

We’re looking for a commercially focused Finance Manager to join our team at our Gillingham Surgical Centre in Kent. In this key leadership role, you’ll provide financial insight and direction to support operational performance, strategic decision-making and service development across the unit.

Working closely with the Hospital Director and Senior Management Team, you’ll be the go-to finance expert on site, helping translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering the opportunity to influence performance, drive improvements and support new business initiatives.
