Finance Manager – Luxury Retail / Fashion - *4 days a week on-site in London*

The Role

Join a rapidly growing luxury apparel brand as a Finance Manager, playing a central role in shaping the financial strategy and operational performance of the business. This is a high-impact position for a strategic thinker, combining financial planning, reporting, and cash flow optimisation to support senior leadership and drive decision-making in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This will be a stand alone role, key for setting up the finance function over the coming years as the brand expands.

About the Business

This is a luxury brand with a flagship London store, a strong online presence, and an international trunk show programme. Known for creativity and ambition, the business is scaling into a global luxury brand, offering a platform for a finance professional to influence operational efficiency, profitability, and strategic growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts, providing actionable insights across the business.
• Develop advanced financial models, scenario planning, and long-term forecasting to support strategic decisions.
• Optimise cash flow, working capital, and supplier relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare board-level presentations on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads to track KPIs and establish performance benchmarks.
• Partner with external accounting providers to improve reporting and operational processes.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of analytical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in retail or luxury goods.
• Strong technical and strategic finance skills, including financial modelling, P&L management, and cash flow optimisation.
• Proven experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset, collaborative leadership style, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with the luxury or retail sector is a plus.
