Our client, a private equity-backed hospitality group, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have significant experience in preparing financial and management accounts and speak fluent Spanish as well as English. An immediate start is preferred.

Description

• Accounting for the UK companies, including interest, expenses and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Payment of UK invoices and management of UK bank accounts.
• Managing payroll, VAT and other tax obligations.
• Liaising with auditors for UK tax compliance.
• Assistance with the Group budget process (modelling, support, presentation).
• Preparation of monthly management accounts for the UK entities.
• Maintenance of the UK management services agreement and recharges.
• Liaising with and management of loan requirements.
• Preparation of statutory accounts for the UK entities.
• Liaising with the auditors for the Group accounts and UK entities.
• Assistance with accounting system implementation (design, management, data input, testing).
• Maintenance of statutory books and records.
• Ad hoc projects and assistance as required.

Skills

• Previous relevant accounting experience, including management and statutory accounts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems.
