Finance Manager

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of our Branded Business Unit Finance team, supporting one of the most diverse and dynamic regions in our business. You will help shape financial performance and provide insight that enables strong commercial and strategic decisions. Working closely with the Regional Head of Finance, you’ll support markets across the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent, each offering unique challenges and opportunities. What You Will Be Doing

You will manage core financial processes across the region, ensuring accurate monthly results and supporting local teams to meet key reporting and planning deadlines. You will lead the coordination of budgets, forecasts and long‑term plans, helping markets align to regional strategy. As a trusted partner to the commercial and marketing teams, you will provide clear analysis, challenge performance and highlight risks and opportunities. You’ll also play an important role in strengthening governance and compliance, working closely with the controls team and helping refine processes that improve how we operate.

About You

You bring strong financial skills, sound judgement and the confidence to work across multiple markets and stakeholders. You enjoy simplifying complexity and using insight to guide decision‑making. You are comfortable working at pace, managing competing priorities and building strong relationships across cross‑functional teams. Experience in commercial finance will help you hit the ground running, and your proactive, solution‑focused mindset will enable you to thrive in this broad and varied role.
