Finance Manager – Growth-Focused Private Equity Business - London - £70,000 to £90,000

Are you a qualified accountant with a couple of years’ post-qualified experience in industry, looking to take the next step into a commercially focused finance role?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Private Equity business operating across Europe. The company has a diverse portfolio, a strong track record of raising funds, and is uniquely positioned at the crossroads of property, operations, and impact investing.

The role:

Working closely with the CFO, you’ll be at the heart of the business’s financial decision-making. You’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and developing a best-in-class FP&A framework, transforming financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

You will:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Deliver monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and insightful commentary.
• Build financial models to assess new business cases, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Partner with non-finance teams to bring financial clarity to strategic decisions.
• Manage service providers for bookkeeping, audit, tax, and FCA returns.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the quality and speed of financial information.

What we’re looking for:

• ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified.
• 2–4 years’ PQE, ideally with some industry FP&A or management reporting experience.
• Strong communicator who can build relationships across the business.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, growing environment where you can make a real impact.
