Finance Manager - FP&A

Our client is an established private equity firm, seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to join their team in a broad finance role with an emphasis on developing the FP&A capacity.

The firm has grown significantly in terms of size, complexity, investors and geography over the past 10 years and is now looking to drive more 'value add' within the finance function. Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
• Develop financial models to support business decision making
• Provide monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
• Partner with key business stakeholders to drive commercial insight and value
• Design and track KPIs to monitor performance
• Prepare board and investor reporting packs as required
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Strengthening and developing internal controls
• Supporting the annual audit process

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with FP&A experience within a Financial Services firm in London.
