Are you an experienced finance systems professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic and collaborative global environment? Our client, a leading international (re)insurance business, is seeking a Product Analyst – Finance Systems to join their London team.
Reporting into the Finance Systems Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enhancing, maintaining, and evolving the finance systems landscape for a global insurer with operations across London, Bermuda, the US, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Support system updates, configuration, defect management, and new functionality implementation
- Act as the go-to for troubleshooting and query resolution across finance systems
- Maintain system integrity, evidence internal controls, and support audit processes
- Manage user access and support onboarding/offboarding
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure effective issue resolution and performance
- Provide end-user training and support
- Assist with data integration and reporting solutions across systems
- Champion user experience by identifying opportunities for process and system improvement
Skills & Experience Required
- Circa 5+ years’ experience working with finance systems (ideally in the insurance space)
- Solid understanding of finance operations, data management, and reporting
- Proven experience improving finance processes through systems
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Experience in a global business; SOX compliance experience is advantageous
- Confidence in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration
- Accounting knowledge is desirable
