As a
Finance Systems Junior Analyst , you’ll play a key role in supporting our UK-wide financial systems. You’ll help over 15,000 users across Bupa’s care homes, hospitals, clinics and corporate teams to work efficiently and accurately. This is your chance to be part of a team that’s recognised internally for its expertise and impact.

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Financials modules including Accounts Payable, eProcurement, Employee Expenses and more.
- Support users by resolving queries, offering advice, and delivering training.
- Monitor and manage routine processing jobs and system interfaces.
- Document system changes, user queries, and enhancements using ServiceNow and DevOps.
- Administer user access while maintaining data protection and segregation of duties.
- Contribute to development projects and apply fixes for system bugs.
- Promote PeopleSoft best practices across Bupa’s UK and international teams.
Key Skills/qualifications Needed For This Role
- Exposure to financial systems, especially PeopleSoft modules like Accounts Payable, Expenses, and Procurement would be beneficial but not essential
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and prioritisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a natural interest in systems and a willingness to learn
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
