Overview:

A fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join a leading infrastructure business. This role sits within the finance systems function and plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial data processing, reporting, and system governance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial systems administration, particularly for budgeting/reporting and timesheet systems.
  • Manage data flows, integrations, and governance for financial systems, resolving support issues and implementing configuration changes.
  • Support ERP system administration
  • Lead and develop a Finance Assistant
  • Act as the primary contact for system users, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Define and document best practices and ensure compliance with finance policies.


Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience with financial systems, ideally including ERP platforms and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to work with timesheet and project costing systems.
  • Skilled in collaborating with FP&A teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Office presence required at least three days per week.
