Description

A leading global professional services firm is looking for a Programme Director to lead a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. This is a high-profile, multi-year initiative with organisation-wide impact. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive strategy, manage delivery, and ensure successful outcomes in a complex, global environment. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working on a 3-4 year transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end to end delivery of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
Engage with senior stakeholders and boards to align outcomes with business strategy.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors, contracts, and performance.
Ensure robust governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
Promote change adoption and deliver sustainable, compliant solutions across regions.

Skillset & Requirements:

Proven experience leading large scale SAP transformations, including S/4HANA, in global, highly regulated environments.
Strong functional and technical SAP knowledge, with hands-on migration and integration experience.
Proven ability to influence at board level and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
Track record of leading cross-functional teams and third-party delivery partners.
Expertise in change management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO).
A background in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience) would be highly advantageous.
