Finance Transformation Lead | PE Backed Technology | Salary £100,000 + bonus

I am currently partnering with a PE backed Technology business which has recently gone through an exit and are going through significant growth. This is a newly created role which will sit within the Group function and report to the Finance Director.

To be consider for this role you will have worked within a PE backed business and has worked in a similar role previously. Below are some of the responsibilities;

• Identify and drive finance process improvements that enhance speed and add value.
• Lead on all key finance transformation projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-function teams to implement solutions that enhance finance systems.
• Develop clear project plans, track progress, manage risks, communicate regular updates to senior stakeholders and deliver projects to deadlines.
• Serve as a change champion for the finance team.
• Build communication and training plans to ensure smooth transitions and long-term adoption of new processes and tools.

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following;

• Proven experience in finance transformation and finance operations from listed or large PE backed businesses going through high growth.
• Excellent project manage skills with experience in leading transformation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to influence all levels across the business.
• From a finance background with a strong background in building best practices across all operational finance.
