Description

I am currently recruiting for a well known & highly regarded business based in Northamptonshire who are looking for a permanent Finance Transformation Manager to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic business in what is an exciting time of growth & change.

In this role you will be responsible for driving strategic change across the Finance function, ensuring alignment with business goals, improving operational efficiency, and enabling digital transformation.

You will

Develop and execute the finance transformation roadmap.
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Lead end-to-end transformation projects including planning, execution, change management, and benefits realisation.
Manage cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
Redesign core finance processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Implement best practices in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Drive the adoption of digital tools such as ERP systems.

Collaborate with IT to ensure successful system implementations and integrations.

Lead organisational change efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.

Assist the Director – Financial Reporting, and other members of the finance team, with ad-hoc requests as required.

About You:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, qualified in accounting or qualified by experience
6+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in transformation or change leadership roles
Proven track record of delivering large-scale financial transformation programmes
Experience with ERP systems and process automation technologies
