About the Role:
We are hiring a Financial Accountant to join the team at a critical time of transformation and scale. This role is ideal for a newly qualified ACA or CA (Big 4 trained) who wants to leave audit behind and gain hands on experience in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

You'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, managing key elements of the month-end and year-end close processes, and supporting the company's readiness for continued growth and future investment events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and key reconciliations
• Own core elements of the month-end close process and maintain the general ledger
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts in line with IFRS or UK GAAP
• Act as a key contact for external auditors and contribute to a smooth year end audit process
• Strengthen and develop internal controls and accounting processes as the business scales
• Partner with cross functional teams to ensure financial data integrity
• Assist with finance transformation initiatives and support system/process improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Newly qualified ACA or CA (Big 4 trained only)
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS or UK GAAP
• Experience preparing or supporting financial statements and audit delivery
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
• Proactive and adaptable, with a strong desire to grow in a high growth, high change environment
