Financial Accountant | PE-Backed Growth Business | London office-based 3 days per week

Join a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed business with a proven buy-and-build strategy and an experienced leadership team. Due to rapid expansion, our client is hiring a Financial Accountant to support the growth within the finance team.

This is a great opportunity to step into financial reporting role which has a commercial focus offering exposure to M&A, strategic planning all within a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare statutory and consolidated accounts
• Deliver accurate monthly management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Partner with teams to analyse performance
• Improve systems, processes, and internal controls
• Support acquisition integration and due diligence

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA qualified newly qualified
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Financial Services/regulated environment experience preferred
• Proactive, analytical, and process-improvement minded
• Skilled in Excel
