Financial Accountant

Our client is a leading, global investment management group with over €10bn in Assets under management. It's a growing firm with an excellent track record, institutional investor base and market leader within its segment in Europe and North America. We are supporting the firm to help identify a Financial Accountant to join the Group Finance team.

• Ensure a robust control environment through design, implementation and monitoring of controls.
• Responsible for supporting the preparation of entity-level and consolidated financial statements.
• Assisting with the preparation of group consolidations.
• Supporting the annual audit process.
• Preparing monthly and ad hoc financial reports and analysis for the Board to aid key decision making.
• Preparation of regulatory and other submissions including FCA reports.
• Balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Supporting the cash planning and forecasting.
• Participation in key finance change projects.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience working in the finance team of a Financial Services business in London.
