Financial Analyst

The Role:

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the business. Working closely with both finance and operational teams, you’ll provide valuable insights to influence commercial decisions and help drive performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports
• Perform variance analysis and provide commentary
• Support with financial modelling and scenario planning
• Collaborate with business units to support decision-making
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting and processes

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or early-stage studier
• Strong in Excel, with experience handling and analysing data
• A good communicator, able to build relationships across the business
• Naturally curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
