- Develop Strategic Solutions: Support the design of asset and portfolio strategies for multinational clients across sectors and geograph

- Data & Financial Analysis: Build, maintain and operate advanced financial models to evaluate real estate options and scenarios, incorporating cash flow, P&L, balance sheet and wider business health impacts as well as what-if simulations and sensitivity analysis. Taking ownership of complex analysis and providing expert financial modelling support for individual proj

ects.
- Insight Generation: Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and compelling client deliver

ables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with experts in Workplace Strategy, Talent Advisory, Sustainability, Digital Solutions, and Capital Markets to deliver integrated sol

Person Specification/Req

uirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify

complexity.
- Strategic mindset, able to connect data-driven insights to broader business objectives and craft recommendations that drive long

-term value.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Altery

x) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cashflow, P&L and balance sheet principles and financial evaluation

nomenclature.
- Proactive working style and innovation; willing to explore and propose solutions for evolving financial modelling delivery away from reliance on the existing applic

ation software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage

large datasets.
- Clear and confident communication skills (wri
