Bedford Borough Council are recruiting for a candidate to financially assess customers to contribute towards the cost of their care packages, in accordance with Adults Services charging policies for services in line with the Care Act 2014.
In addition you will be require to respond to queries from clients in regards to their financial assessment via telephone or email/letter.
You will also be required, from time to time, to make home visits and signpost customers to additional help where required.
The role is Monday to Friday 5hours per day.
The team are hybrid working, however there is a requirement to attend the office at Borough Hall when needed.
