Finance Assistant – Join Our Finance Team in Sale, Manchester!

Are you a numbers enthusiast with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for learning?

We’re on the lookout for a Finance Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Sale.

Whether you're a graduate with strong GCSE results in Maths and a hunger to grow in finance, or an experienced professional ready to share your expertise and collaborate, this is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong numerical skills and a solid academic foundation (GCSE Maths – top grades preferred).
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
A detail-centered mindset and excellent organisational abilities.
A curious, ambitious attitude with a desire to learn and progress.
Experience with Sage 50 Accounts (desirable but not essential).
Great communication and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank reconciliations
Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices and credit notes.
Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Maintaining financial trackers and supporting accruals.
Assisting with expenses, customer accounts, and supplier payments.
Supporting the Finance Manager and stepping in when needed.
