Financial Assistant

Finance Assistant – Long-Term Temporary Role, minimum 8 months.

Location: Aylesford

Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

On-site: 5 days in the office

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a well-established organisation in Aylesford on a long-term temporary basis. This is an immediate start role and requires someone who is ready to contribute from day one.

Key Requirements:

• You MUST have experience using Sage Intacct.
• Applications without Sage Intacct experience will not be considered.
• Immediate availability is essential.
• Experience in Purchase Ledger is highly advantageous.
• Due to the location, own transport is ideal.

Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:

• Supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations.
• Managing and processing purchase ledger invoices.
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries.
• Assisting with month-end procedures.
• Using Sage Intacct for financial data entry and reporting.

Ideal Candidate for the Finance Assistant Role:

• Proficient in Sage Intacct.
• Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable commuting to Aylesford daily.
