Whiskey & Wealth Club is on the lookout for a detail-driven Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in Richmond. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of finance experience who’s eager to take the next step in their career and gain exposure across the full finance function.
You’ll be joining a high-energy team during an exciting phase of global growth, with offices now in London, Sydney, and the US.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Posting purchase & sales invoices, journals, and staff expenses
- Assisting with daily bank reconciliations
- Managing the accounts payable inbox and resolving invoice queries
- Supporting the preparation of staff wages (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
- Preparing and reviewing bills, invoices, and account statements
- Following up on outstanding payments and aged payables
- Preparing daily consolidated deposits and cash variance documentation
- Assisting with month-end close and finance reporting
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years' experience in a finance or accounts role
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred but not essential with experience)
- Strong attention to detail and great numerical skills
- Confident using Excel and accounting systems
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Positive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn and grow
